The Bands Garage is the culmination of what I did over the course of 3 years to completely change my health. My focus is to help everyone feel better, look better, and get the best workouts from home. I am a Certified Resistance Bands trainer and I feel this is the best way to train for any age. Prepare to sweat, build lean muscle, and get closer to getting that body you've always wanted. Once you say, I'm ready, you're already half there! Required accessories are loop bands. Other accessories you may want to consider, our FMI90 Bands system (Foot Platform Board, Bar and bands), light dumbbells, kettlebells, wall or door anchors for bands, fitness gloves and a plyo box. You can perform all exercises with bands only, but you can step it up with the accessories.
